Very Cute, Stainless Steel, Puffy heart Medical Alert ID Pendant. The heart is "puffed" as there is a little thickness to the pendant - it is not flat. Pendant measures approximately 1" across and .75" in Height & weighs only 0.5 oz. Included is a 24" Stainless steel fashion chain. (If you want the chain shorter please send a message).
