Returns and Exchanges

MedAboutyou2.com values your business and will accept any item(s) if you're not completely satisfied up to 30 days from receipt of merchandise. If an item that you receive does not meet the description as shown on our website catalogue, please notify us and we will correct the problem by exchange or refund. It is our goal to satisfy every one of our customers and we strive to do that on every order.

All items must be in its original condition, and include the original product packaging in order to qualify. Items received not in the original condition or according to policy may be refused or subject to a restocking charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items shipped with free shipping will be charged a restock fee. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. (please e-mail with your request – we will send you an authorization). Allow 14 days for us to process your return. Return Postage must be prepaid or will not be accepted. Please do not use the product box as a shipping container. Send your return, USPS Only, (Delivery confirmation is suggested to confirm that the product has been receieved) along with your required Return Authorization to:

Incorrect or Defective Items

We stand by our products and carry only manufacturers who are known for their high quality merchandise. Most medical devices have a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Custom Jewelry has a six month warranty against defects. If an Item was ordered incorrectly and needs to be resized, there is a $6 shipping / resizing fee. In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item please let us know right away. We will reorder the correct items for you, and send them out as soon as possible at no extra charge. Sometimes an item just requires a small part, we will then ship the part to you without having you to send the entire item back. If we determine that the error was ours, we will also credit your account for shipping charges to send the incorrect items back to us. Please note, if an item is sent back to us that is not in original condition (used, worn, abused, not in original packaging) we cannot accept it for return, and we cannot guarantee that it can be returned to you. It takes up to 14 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. Delivery Schedules

In-stock merchandise is shipped within 24 hours. Custom and/or engraved jewelry will ship usually within 7-10 days. Medical accessories will arrive usually within 10-12 work days, however we complete orders as soon as possible in all cases. We will notify you immeditely if items require extra time. Most orders will ship via USPS first class or priority mail.

Rush Orders

Engraved Jewelry will always require at least 48 hrs to process. Most jewelry orders will be received within a week of the order being placed. Please contact us if you wish to have an order shipped, Priority, Express, or Fed EX/UPS second day or next day air. Do not place an order, unless we can assure you will receive your order by time needed.

Tax Charges

For orders shipped in Ohio 8% tax is added. All other orders are tax free.
